Functional Steel Breastplates, steel Functional Body Armour, Cuirass and Breastplates section. Our armour has been designed to suit the needs of medieval and Renaissance period re-enactors as well as other re-enactment societies.
We provide a great selection of Historical Body Armour - Cuirasses and Breastplates from the Medieval and Renaissance periods, which are Fully Functional and Battle Ready. Our Functional Breastplates can be used by the SCA as well as theatrical stage work and reenactments. For this type of use we recommend using thicker steel Armour Breastplates. Most of our Armours are sold as a Cuirass which consists of both the Chest Armor (Breastplate) and the Back Armor (Back Plate).
